Profile
Before joining the University of Leicester in 2026, Louis held academic posts at the University of Birmingham and the University of South Wales. At USW, he completed his Postgraduate Certificate in Learning and Teaching in Higher Education and served as Course Leader for the Master of Law programmes (LLM Laws and LLM Laws, International Commercial Law). During his doctoral studies, he also undertook secondments at both the House of Commons and the Senedd Cymru (Welsh Parliament).
