Profile

I have worked in higher education regulation for over 13 years across the Directorates of Student Services, Accreditation, Quality Assurance and Academic Planning. I have a well-rounded background in monitoring and evaluation, pedagogy, contemporary educational issues, comparative education with focuses on development and implementation of education policy at international and national levels; quality assurance; curriculum development and citizenship education; equality of opportunity, particularly in relation to educational policy for social inclusion and ethnic minority achievement.

I have managed and worked on various projects nationally and internationally in the education sector.

Research

My PhD study is on the impact of student voice on quality in higher education.
