Profile
I joined the University of Leicester as a Lecturer in Finance with the School of Accounting and Finance in 2026. I hold B.Sc Economics (City, University of London), M.Sc Finance (University of Warwick), and PhD Economics (City, University of London). My research interests are in Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Governance, and Corporate Finance. I have been a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA) since 2024.
Research
My main research interests lie in the area of Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Governance. I am also more broadly interested in topics in Corporate Finance, ESG, Executive Compensation, Corporate Greenwashing, and Natural Disasters in a Corporate Finance context.
