Jacqui is a qualified solicitor specialising in employment law and alternative dispute resolution. Prior to academia she managed several law clinics including those for Macmillan and Leicester Law Centre. For fifteen years Jacqui served as an independent panel member at police misconduct hearings and also as a chair for professional standards within the NHS. In addition, she has worked within the legal sector as a professional trainer and careers coach and is currently training to become an accredited mediator. She holds an LLB from the University of Leicester and a MSc in Human Resource Management.
