Profile

Jackie is an experienced applied health services researcher. Her current role focuses on designing and undertaking an embedded process evaluation within CHARMER. Her expertise includes undertaking qualitative research, scoping and systematic reviews, refining methodology and development of frameworks. Her research interests include children and young people's use of health technologies to support them to self-manage long-term health conditions; supporting and engaging people to meaningfully participate in research; and understanding why and how interventions work.
