Dr Ian Gallimore

I am Project Manager for the MBRRACE-UK perinatal programme, which is part of the TIMMS research group. I coordinate both the perinatal mortality surveillance programme and the perinatal confidential enquiries. My most recent work focuses on ensuring that MBRRACE-UK’s data and messages are clear and accessible to non-expert audiences, and improving the usability of our outputs. I was originally trained in corporate administration before completing my Masters and PhD. I have previously worked on studies examining child anxiety, the experiences of looked after children, and preterm birth.
