Dr Hang (Flora) Tran

Hang (Flora) Tran is a Postgraduate Researcher, AFHEA, and Graduate Teaching Assistant (GTA) in Marketing at the University of Leicester. Her work examines how immersive technologies such as AR and VR support environmental education and encourage responsible practices in wildlife tourism. She focuses on emotional experience, human–nature relationships, and pro-environmental behaviour, working in collaboration with global NGOs and local tourism organisations to study conservation and sustainable tourism programmes. Alongside her research, she teaches undergraduate and master’s level marketing modules and supports student learning in sustainability, consumer behaviour, and digital marketing.
