Profile
I am a HCPC registered Dietitian with over 10 years' experience in paediatric home enteral nutrition. My research interest is the use of blended diets for enteral tube feeding. I am currently a National Institute for Health and Care (NIHR) Doctoral Clinical Academic Fellow (DCAF) and started my PhD in September 2024. My doctoral research is a mixed methods study exploring factors affecting the use of blended diets for children and young people in health, education and social care settings. I completed my MA in Research Methods (Health) in 2021 as part of an NIHR Pre-doctoral Clinical Academic Fellowship (PCAF). I am currently a paediatric dietitian in the Leicestershire Home Enteral Nutrition Service and Allied Health Professional Research Leader at Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust.
