Profile
I am the Project Manager for I-REACCH (Inclusive Research Environment Achieved through Culture Change), a two-year Wellcome-funded project at the University of Leicester (2024-2026). I-REACCH supports change in research culture through co-designed interventions across five workstreams, including equitable recruitment, career progression and research leadership. I lead the project’s operational delivery, working across disciplines and governance structures. My background spans health services research, secondary teaching, evaluation, legacy fundraising and project management, with experience in widening participation and collaboration.
