Christopher Jeavons

Postgraduate researcher exploring the use of museum objects as didactic tools to teach the practices, psychoeducational concepts, and attitudes of mindfulness featured in standardised mindfulness-based interventions. I aim to co-design, facilitate, and evaluate a six-week Museum Object-based Mindfulness Training (MOMT) intervention with a particular focus on it effectiveness in supporting students to develop a mindfulness practice and improve their mental health and well-being.
