Dr Bo Pan

I joined the University of Leicester School of Business in September 2022 as a Lecturer in Accounting and Finance. I hold a BSc in Accounting from Shandong University in China, a Master of Finance and Accounting (Distinction) and a PhD in Finance and Accounting from the University of Sheffield. Previously, I was a lecturer in Accounting at the University of Westminster Business School from October 2021 to August 2022.

My research areas are Corporate finance (innovation, financial development, financial constraints and ESG), Corporate governance, Financial economics, and the economics of transition in China.

I am happy to supervise students interested in Corporate Finance (especially innovation, financial development, financial constraints and ESG) and Corporate Governance.
