Dr Benjamin Morton

I am a Research Associate in Archaeology in the School of Heritage and Culture at the University of Leicester, specialising in the landscape archaeology of medieval Britain. Before joining Leicester, I gained extensive experience within the professional archaeological sector, which has given me a strong grounding in both research, field practice, and heritage conservation. Alongside my academic work, I serve as Treasurer and Book Reviews Editor for the Medieval Settlement Research Group and am a member of the Chartered Institute for Archaeologists.
