Research-based Practice

Module code: OV3001

This module provides students with the knowledge and practical skills required to undertake and communicate research effectively. Learners will develop academic writing, poster design and presentation skills, alongside the ability to formulate, refine and justify research questions. Students will explore how evidence is generated, evaluated and applied within professional practice through evidence-based examples. Emphasis is placed on critical thinking, synthesis of new ideas and the effective interpretation and communication of research findings to diverse audiences.
