Binocular Vision & Paediatrics

Expanding on knowledge gained through anatomy to focus in more depth on neuroanatomy involved in vision as well as theoretical understanding of visual processing. This will include content covering paediatrics and typical child development and normative values. This will include development of gross motor and reflex integration to understand the wider implication on child development as well as vision specifically. The module will cover methods of examining binocular vision, investigation of clinical cases and identification and diagnosis of pathology.
