Ocular Pathology

Module code: OV2001

Building upon anatomical knowledge to understand pathological processes taking place within the eye and systemically. This includes the ability to identify signs of ocular pathology, distinguish them from healthy, normal appearance and develop a list of possible diagnoses. This requires understanding of clinical examination techniques and instrumentation to be able to fully appreciate the extent of ocular disease.
