This module will introduce you to the innovation management process in the fast-evolving Information and Communication Technology (ICT) industry. You will undertake a classification of enterprise innovation studies, and analyse different models of the innovation process. This module will demonstrate state-of-the-art techniques of ICT product development, formulate strategies, teams, and illustrate the power of product concept. You will explore networked organisations and complex decision-making processes to better support innovation, and you will also contribute to the development of new ICT product ideas and the adoption of hybrid management techniques.
