This module explores methodologies  for dealing with uncertainty in organisations, with a focus on human resource management and organisational transformation.  You will explore the interaction of organisations and their environments in prompting and instantiating change.  The module looks at the role of leadership, motivation and technology in mediating and driving transformation.
