Risk Analysis and Organisational Behaviour
Module code: MN7046
This module aims to develop students’ critical understanding of the relationship between organisational behaviour, decision-making and risk management. It introduces key theories, models and practices that explain how individuals, groups and organisational contexts shape behaviour and influence the identification, assessment and management of risk.
Students will critically evaluate these perspectives across varied work contexts and apply them to their own behaviours, working styles and selected organisations. The module therefore supports the development of a reflective, evidence-informed and practical approach to managing people, decisions and risk in organisational settings.
