This module explores how emerging and established technologies reshape workplace behaviour, culture and organisational performance. You will critically evaluate the impact of a specific technology within a chosen sector, using organisational behaviour theories and contemporary research to assess costs, benefits, intended and unintended consequences, and their effects on different workplace stakeholders.
