Digital technologies are transforming the way organisations operate, compete, and create value.  This module explores how technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), data analytics, digital platforms, and automation are reshaping organisations, industries, and society.

You will examine the opportunities, risks, and challenges associated with digital transformation, while exploring important issues such as responsible AI, data governance, privacy, cybersecurity, algorithmic bias, and digital rights.  Through contemporary business examples and case studies, you will critically evaluate how organisations can adopt digital technologies responsibly and sustainably.

The module develops your ability to assess the strategic, operational, and societal implications of digital transformation and to formulate well-adjusted digital transformation strategies that balance innovation, responsibility, and long-term value creation.
