Scientific Communication and Analytic Techniques

Training for scientific communication coupled with advanced analytic technics and methods. In this module you will receive training in how to read and understand scientific literature. As an extension, you will learn how to present your research in writing, in presentations and as a poster. During workshops, you will work with experts to learn flow cytometry and fluorescence microscopy with an emphasis on data analysis, fluorescence quantification and graph production. This module will help you develop the foundational skills needed to operate modern instrumentation along with the experience to present the results of your analysis. 

In addition to these core topics, your learning will be enriched with research-based lectures from University of Leicester academics.
