Optimization is an inherent element of advanced Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics systems, and mathematical modelling. This module introduces some of the main concepts and methods of optimizations in settings that are simple enough to bring out the fundamental ideas with clarity and depth, as appropriate for the level of the module.
