Machine Learning for Data Analysis and Artificial Intelligence

This is a practically oriented module. The main goal is that, by the end of the module, students be able to speak knowledgeably about a range of issues in data mining and neural computing. In particular, students should understand a variety of appropriate statistical ideas, some algorithms for learning and pattern recognition, and a body of knowledge in this subject at the interface of mathematics and computer science.
