Computational Mathematics
Module code: FS0070
During this module you will have a gentle introduction to the essential mathematics necessary for studying a computational science degree. You will be carefully guided through examples and work through discipline specific problems to gain competency in quantitative computational mathematical methods. Furthermore, to be a successful computer programmer you often need to be able breakdown complex problems into a series of logical tasks. In this module, you will also explore the fundamental algorithms and mathematical logic that form the basis of efficient analytical programs.
