Management for Accounting and Finance

Accountants and financial professionals will often work hand-in-hand with key decision makers and leaders within a business. This module will give you an insight into a manager's work and what goes into being at the top of a business.

You will be introduced too the key theories and debates within organisation and management studies, and you'll explore some of the concepts and themes which are essential for understanding organisations, people and the environments in which they work and live.  

You'll be provided with a broad overview on various aspects of management and guided on various dynamics that surround organisations, managers, and their roles and relations to members of their organisation.  You will understand who to make sense of a constantly changing business environment.  Using articles, case studies and other resources you will embark on the wonderful journey of understanding principles of management and making sense of organisations.
