During this module, you will continue your professional development in line with HCPC requirements, while developing your knowledge and understanding of current health care directives, initiatives and service delivery.

In addition, you will explore leadership and management theory and reflect on your own professional identity and behaviours, focusing particularly on ensuring the effective delivery of person-centred care and practice.
