Health Law I

This module provides an overview of the fundamentals of Health Law. From negligence to informed consent and making decisions for adults and children who cannot consent themselves, students will examine the general principles of the interaction between patients and health care practitioners that apply to topics considered later in the course such as the law at the end of life.
