As you come to the end of your studies you will have the chance to conduct your own independent research and immerse yourself in the world of economic discovery and produce substantive work that might impact the economic community. You will have a supervisor who will guide you and give you support and advice on your approaches, readings and methodology but you will have control on what to explore in more depth.

Throughout the course of this module you will explore a an area of economics in depth which could be the stepping stone for further study, or it might equip you with the specific requirements to give you an advantage in your future career choice.
