The dissertation module is a chance for you to demonstrate your understanding of theory and analysis in criminology, in a research context. You will work in-depth on a topic in criminology through independent exploration of the literature and use of appropriate research methodology with appropriate guidance from a supervisor. This module enables you to develop the skills to collect, collate and analyse data, and discuss the implications of your research findings.
