This module will take you through the fundamentals of data mining through the utilisation of Police/Forensic data and all of the anomalies that can produce. You will be introduced to work with the important theories of Environmental Criminology and use those theories to model the behaviour of criminals. The module is assessed via two essays and participation in a Discussion Group.
