Open Data at Leicester

Leicester Research Archive is used to manage, share, store, and preserve final research data outputs. Data from research-active staff members and PhD students is deposited directly into Leicester Research Archive which creates a permanent record, a persistent identifier (DOI), and a suggested citation, so that research can be formally attributed when re-analysed by others.

Data management plans are often used to plan how research data will be used and stored. The Library research services team provides support with writing data management plans.
