Information for those unable to attend

If you cannot attend a future graduation ceremony, or you do not wish to, you can graduate “in absentia”. This means that you choose to graduate without attending a ceremony and in such cases your certificate and transcript (if applicable) will be sent by post to the address you have provided. Even though you may not be able to attend your ceremony, this will still be the date that you graduate as your award would be conferred on the date of your intended ceremony.

You will still be invited to complete online graduation registration, where you will be asked to confirm if you are unable to attend and also to provide the address to send your graduation documents to.

Browse information on how you will receive your graduation documents.
