Waddington Scholarships

The Waddington Scholarships will be awarded to UK or international students studying one of the following campus-based courses beginning in September 2024:

• Creative Writing MA
• English Literature MA
• Modern and Contemporary Literature MA (with optional Creative Writing)
• Victorian Studies MA

Maximum number of scholarships available

• Two (we reserve the right not to award the scholarship if there is no suitable candidate).

Value of scholarship

• One-off cash payment of £1,000 (this will be pro-rata at £500 for part-time students).

Criteria

• Academic merit. Preference may be given to candidates without full sponsorship.

Deadline

• You will be automatically considered for this scholarship if you hold an offer of a place by 1 July 2024 for entry in September 2024.
