Your dietary and accessibility requirements are only collected under your explicit consent.
Why we collect your data
In order to take bookings for our events and then to manage and administer those events we need to ask for certain details about you and where you work.
If you have opted in to receive marketing information from us we need your email address and/or postal address.
How we use your data
We use this data to manage and administer our events and to market to you if you have opted in to receive our mailings.
The legal basis for processing the data
If you book onto a CLEAPSS course, they request your name and workplace in order to be able to send you a Certificate of Attendance.
How long we keep your data
We will keep email and paper correspondence for two years, as we often have requests (sometimes long after an event has occurred) for confirmation that a person did attend.
We will keep your details on our event management database.
