Why are we collecting your data and how will we use it?

We are collecting contact details so that we can email you to let you know whether your application has been successful.

We have asked about your country of residence because we seek to offer places on the summer school to participants across the various UWI campuses.

We have asked for information on your educational background to assess the relevance of your interests and expertise to the summer school programme.

This data will not be shared with external third parties. It will only be used by the event organisers.

This data will be retained for a duration of 6 years when the summer school programme ends.
