Mathematical Modelling Centre

Founded in 1999, the University of Leicester's Centre for Mathematical Modelling (MMC) united researchers with shared interests in advanced modelling and simulation methods. It was the predecessor to the Research Centre for Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics and Modelling (AIDAM) established in 2019. 

Cutting across traditional disciplinary boundaries, the MMC organized a broad-based research colloquium series, funded visiting scholars and organised workshops, seminars and conferences on Centre-related themes.
