Professional Services

WorkSmart is the University’s approach to agile and hybrid working. It’s built around activity-based working, where the focus is on what needs to be done - not where or when it happens. WorkSmart is a living concept. As the way we work continues to change, WorkSmart will adapt and improve—always keeping flexibility and inclusivity at its core.

  • Workspace can be chosen or shaped by the task
  • It provides flexibility in time and place
  • It provides opportunities for collaboration.

Staff are encouraged through the WorkSmart Framework to have open conversations to ensure everyone has the tools and flexibility to succeed; fostering a culture of trust, collaboration, and shared responsibility for delivering high-quality work.
