A renowned street artist will be at our University on Tuesday 20 June to create an image of celebrated playwright Joe Orton. British street artist Stewy intends to make his stencil of the Leicester writer while working both at the Little Theatre and the University of Leicester.

English student Mercy has been recognised by the Welsh Government for her ongoing campaigning as a young voice for people with HIV. In February, Mercy was shortlisted for a St David Award- the highest accolade that the Welsh Government can present to a civilian.
