These regulations shall apply to applicants and registered candidates for the degree of Doctor of Laws (LLD), Doctor of Letters (DLitt), or Doctor of Science (DSc).

(2)9.2

These regulations shall not apply to the honorary award of higher doctorate degrees on the joint recommendation of the Senate and the Council.
