Profile
I received the BEng in Computer Engineering, MPhil in Electronic Engineering and PhD in Design. My profile is cross-disciplinary, bridging interaction design and creativity with engineering and science. With the integration of a critical understanding of design thinking and user-centred approach, my research and teaching topics covers the convergence of user experience, human-computer interaction, digital platforms, service design and other disciplines, such as quantitative research methods, business and marketing strategies in creating systemic and well-defined solutions and research outcomes. Furthermore, gamification design is a key approach in my supervision of projects, especially on those topics on wellbeing, sustainability, behavioural changes, healthcare and special needs.
