What to expect on an Open Day

So you're wondering: what is an Open Day? This is your chance to explore our campus and accommodation, to ask questions and find out everything you want to know about the University of Leicester. There will be lots of University staff and Student Ambassadors around to help you, along with free tea and coffee throughout the day to keep you going.

Easily spotted in their distinctive red tops, the Ambassadors are current University of Leicester students who will show you around, answer your questions. For many of our Student Ambassadors, the deciding factor was the welcome they received on an Open Day, a gesture they now want to repay.

Open Days run from 10.00am to 3.00pm. Most events lasts 30 minutes, with a 15 minute gap in between. You can easily get from one end of campus to the other in 15 minutes.
