Topics in Professional Psychology

In this module, you will learn about how your psychological expertise can be applied to understanding human behaviour in occupational, educational, clinical and forensic settings. It will give you an insight into how what you learn at university can be transferred into practice and ways in which you can apply your psychological knowledge. Example topics include being able to communicate psychology expertise to a lay audience (e.g. through leaflets or posters for patients/client) and being able to design a psychologically-informed intervention to address the treatment needs of a client.
