Leading the self: Leadership 1
Module code: MW1013
This module introduces you to the key concepts of leadership in healthcare, and will encourage you to reflect on the skills, knowledge and behaviours you need to develop during the four years of the programme to become a future leader of the midwifery profession.

You will also become familiar with the NHS Leadership Academy’s Nine Dimensions of Leadership:

- Developing capability
