Rethinking Punishment and Rehabilitation

This module will take a theoretical and practical approach to examining the different philosophies, theories and political rationales of punishment and rehabilitation. You will collect data systematically from a range of sources and perspectives and use it to assess criminal justice approaches to the delivery of punishment, and evaluate theories of rehabilitation. Your assignment will be an opportunity to apply this knowledge to a specific area of policy or practice.
