Managing Diversity

Throughout this module, you’ll look at the processes of prejudice, discrimination and exclusion at the levels of the individual, group, organisation and society. You’ll develop an understanding of the implications of and approaches to equality and diversity across cultures in a variety of national and international settings.

You’ll then move on to critically assess the effectiveness of different policies and approaches to diversity management, and how sustainable organisational equality and inclusion can be achieved.
