Principles and Practices of International Business

In this module, you will recognised a large number of cultural, political, economics and managerial factors relevant to international businesses and will apply these to the context of real-world businesses. First, in this module, students will understand the main concepts, theories, tools and frameworks prevalent in international business studies and apply the most appropriate to various business contexts and examples. In this module it is critical to identify and review significant facts, events and development and evaluate their impact on contemporary international business practices.
Furthermore, in this module, you will become familiar with the core functions and processes of international businesses and will become capable to explain what are the principle aims and approaches of decision-making within challenging environments.
Investigating a range of theories across the core areas of international business and also explaining how these theories could be employed to examine and solve management problems are other dimensions of this module.
