In Business Planning and Finance you will gain a thorough appreciation of both the theoretical and practical concepts that create a new business, both in terms of being able to formulate and critique a business plan.  We'll help you gain an understanding of how to make judgements about the organisational and managerial implications of business plans and how plans have a multi-faceted role in the venturing process.
