Accountants and financial professionals will often work hand-in-hand with key decision makers and leaders within a business. This module will give you an insight into a manager's work and what goes into being at the top of a business.

By the end of this module, you'll be able to imagine, contextualise, and discuss the nature of managerial work and organisations. You'll gain an understanding of key issues facing managers and leaders in modern organisations. In addition, you'll be capable of evaluating the impact of managerial decisions on the roles of accounting and finance within organisations.
