Health in the workplace

This module focuses on the legal context of health in the workplace, with seminars on the legal framework for health in the workplace, as well as ‘applied’ seminars in which the law relating to health in the workplace will be discussed thematically. Some of the issues covered on this module are extremely topical, such as mental health at work, flexible working, and the impact of COVID in the workplace.
