Do you know how the EU, the Court and Justice of the European Union shape the pattern of European integration? Or the fundamental principles of EU constitutional law?

You will be examining the legal and institutional structure of the EU, and critically analysing the process of EU constitutional integration. In seminars you will apply legal principles to factual situations to widen your knowledge on the subject, and prompt discussions. Throughout the module you will be using EU legal materials such as treatises, legislation and case law to support your research.
